Loss of Power

I was driving my escape today and noticed that it started to knock a little.  As I continued to drive the check engine light came on and then there was a noticeable loss of power.  When I got home I noticed that I was low on oil.  I also had a buddy of mine, check the codes for me.  The codes I received were:
P2198, P2197, P1336, P0340, P0306, P0305, P0304, P0300, P0171, P2197, P0340, P0171

If anyone knows possible causes for these problems, I would greatly appreciate it.

with all them codes,they need to be read to figure out whats going on,take it to your mechanic and have a scan done,get a print out of the codes and what they for.
