Truck wont start. Any ideas??

Bought a 2003 f250 5.4 extended cab from a buddy. 85k
miles. Sat for a few years. Will crank but wont turn over.
Changed the IAC sensor. Still nothing. Spraying starting
fluid in the throttle body helps it start but wont stay idling.
Any thoughts??
