See other post. It's funny, "derwood" was a nickname I had in high school. :)
where are you located nd what is the price, auto or manual?
Just to reply to another reply... for the person who asked auto or manual... it's a cobra... it's manual... they only come as manuals
...did you seriously ask if it was auto or manual? Cobra's come as manuals... why would you want an automatic cobra? If you find one that's automatic it's been altered and isn't factory or very specialy ordered by a total lame!
there were 9 autos made in 2003 and 7 made in 2004 if memory serves correctly... all were special orders about 50/50 for handicapped drivers and half for drag strip performance... but yes it would be very rare to find one and it would certainly be a selling point any seller would be raving about... not something im interested in ... just figured id let yah kno...
Pretty sure thats incorrect. Do you have any links to proof? Cobras come in manuals only from the factory. Like Kayla said, any auto cobras are conversions.
I DO but i cant remember where and i have to head to work but ill find it and post it later tonight if i have time... As you may know the ford racing did a series of cars that were supported by a group of handicapped individuals and featured a driver who had both legs amputated. They released a small run of automatic terminators to members of that group and as a couple of giveaways. Ford will always do a special order if you really want it. And in my mind if the dealer does the mod and then you take delivery its still factory. But! i know that its not on the order sheet or list of options!
i found the article but the link is broken i contacted the host of the site and informed him so if he fixes it ill post its a road and track article. I think mustang evolution has a similar article somewhere but its a link from the deep bowels of the forum so i said to hell with it...
