2001 Ford f250 super duty

It started lik 2months ago i was driving on
highway going 80mph then suddenly the
truck begin to slow down and do 50mph as i
kept driving just trying to make it home it
slowed more to 30mph it act if it was to stall
out if i push all the way down on pedal i had
to lightly push on pedal tho make it
accelerate then it happen last week the car
wouldnt even go when lightly push you have
to cut car off and then it might... work now it
wont start my oil level is low and my
transmission level is low on both dipsticks
what should i do what can be the problem
im going to fill fluids today and try if not i
dont know what to do the check engine light
is on and have been for several months

Are you checking tranny fluid with engine running and in park? You might also get a better response to Q if you post your engine type and mileage.
