Hi Heather you may want to get your hands on a Chilton or Haynes manual. It will have diagrams and step by step instructions on how to change your cam sensor.

10mm wrench and a screw driver plus patience. It will take about 15 minutes. 10 minutes if you are skilled. Go to www.thedieselstop.com and ask this same question or search for it. It is literally taking off a bolt, prying out the sensor, and putting a new one in. International's have the same engine and the part is cheaper at those dealerships. Again - go to www.thedieselstop.com and ask what the part number is... I did this project about six years ago.
