2006 gmc sierra 1500 4.3 v7

Please help. I have been having a
few issues. I am not sure if they
are related or several different
issues.
[ ] EBrake light staying on
[ ] ABS light staying on
[ ] Pops out of first gear
[ ] Pops out of 5th gear
[ ] Hard to get into all gears
[ ] And 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th gears
it makes a loud whining noise
worse in 5th gear
[ ]
[ ] These are things I have recently
replaced:
[ ] Lower control arm and tie rod
on both sides in front
[ ] Four new tires
[ ] Wheel hub and bearing on
passenger side
[ ] A new transmission mount
[ ] The seal that goes around the
gearbox in the floorboard under
the shifter
[ ] Drain transmission and put new
fluid
[ ] And the slave cylinder. Not sure
if that's what you call it? it's by the
U joint  in the front where it goes
in the transmission
[ ] Replace both brake pads on
front
[ ]  about a year-and-a-half ago
replaced the clutch and master
cylinder
