does it crank or no fire
yes we do need more information to help you, Why did you change the fuel pump, Low or no fuel pressure? Did you do a fuel pressure test?

it cranks and the engine will start if you spray in the airfilter and it has voltage to the fuel pump. I also checked the fuses and reversed the yellow fuses in the trunk with no luck. Will one pump run the engine without the other one?

When I changed the fuel filter there was no fuel pressure

can anyone help me with the above situation
do you know if it has a cut off swithch that can be reset? Like on the pass side kick panel? or is that what you are refering to about the yellow fuses in the trunk?, If it does fire when you spray quick start down the throttle body, it totaly sounds like a fuel problem
