2006 kia sedona wont start.battery has charge and cables
free of corrosion.when turning the key no lights or interior
sounds,brief click of battery like it's dead immediately
followed by silence.

Sounds like it could be the starter. I had the same issue with a 06 Sedona and after replacing the starter (in February on my street) it started up fine and ran until I got t-boned by someone running a stop sign.
