AT light MAZDA 5 2006 every morning

Since a year, AT light appears every morning at MAZDA 5 2006, car felt heavy
when it happens and gear is stocked on 4, I must shut off the engine and restart
it again then it all goes well till the next morning, it may happen again at
evening if the car not in use for most of the day. Last 2 weeks it started to
appear more frequently

Having the same issue on my 2008 currently. I'm gonna change the transmission fluid and see if that solves the problem. When I am stopped and in D the car shakes until I take it of D, so I think my fluid may be very bad. I'll update this when I figure it, unless someone else chimes in.
