Horn blows when brake pedal is pressed

Your brake pedal arm may have rubbed a bare spot on the wire to the horn, shorting it out and sounding the horn every time the brake pedal is pressed. Look for a bare spot on a wire, tape it up and move it away.

My husband did that works for da few times and then goes back to the horn blowing when brake pedal is pushed.

Also my heat and ac blower works intermittently, the bower stays on when it is in the off position.
