4✖️4 light and check engine light on in 2006 mountaineer V8! Just changed spark plugs and coils for the 5 th time ! Clunk clunk sounds... When turn... wheel! Wtf is this now?? 133,000 miles.????help

The two lights are probably not related and you need to check what codes are being generated by the car's computer (any auto parts store or shop can do this). Once you know the fail codes, you will be better equipped to troubleshoot. Spark plugs and coils are 2 of many components that would cause the check engine light to come on. O2 sensor, other sensors, air filter clog, are just a few. As for the "clunk, clunk", that seems mechanical and should be narrowed down to the wheel or steering part that has worn out. That worries me more than the light problem - get it looked at and fixed if you don't have the skills.
