My car just started vibrating similar to how a phone sounds when its on vibrate. I can feel the vibrations if I touch the dashboard, but cannot hear it when I'm not in the car. What could it be?

Tires, all the liquids were flushed and spark
plugs were done in may.  Car has almost
140000 miles

sometimes Alignments help. Have your Front and Rear Struts checked out. Check Engine Mounts as well.
