Saab will not start

My brother lost the key to it and i ordered a used twice
computer with key and changed it and it wouldn't start I
changed the crank sinsor but there no spark and the fule
injectiors will not shoot any fule there no power to it. I was
wondering if where I change the twice computer out if I
need to put the old one back in and program the key to it to
get it to work

Yes the chipped key needs to be programmed to the vehicle. Shops usually charge $50 for this.
