My jetta fan stays on I replaced the fan module unplugged the fan switch and unplugged the coolant sensor and no luck

how long does it stay on? the fan is designed to stay on after the engine is shut off to cool down the radiator coolant- in hot weather, it could stay on as long as 5 minutes- now, if your cooling fan is staying on "forever" that IS a problem- and don't be puttin' your hands down in there with the fan running!
