The side covering (cloth like thing) on the inside of the passenger door

The side covering (cloth like thing) on the inside of the passenger door in my 2004 Passat has started to come out at the seams.  
what should I do to fix it?

If the cloth is coming off the door panel you can use some spray adhesive to glue it back. You might have to remove that part and clean the old foam off or it may come loose again.
