Car has to be put into a garage that is over 50 degrees and all fluids should be drained from the cooling system. If there are no freeze out plugs in the block, it may have cracked and your engine is an anchor. When water freezes, it expands and can do lots of damage. If the engine turns over once you have removed all the fluids, it may start again (Don't allow it to run without any coolant).
