Heater and air conditioner

My heater blows cold air after having heater core replaced.  The air conditioner works but when you come to a stop it blows warm air.  Do not know what the problem is or if they are related.  Any idea?

The heater issue is probably air in the cooling system. The AC issue may be low refrigerant or cooling fans that are not working.
