Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just purchased a 2002 Jetta and went
through all the recommended steps to
reboot it. Did not work. They're was a new
battery put in before I bought it, so I
definitely thought it would work. On another
note, I do notice that each time I start my car
in the morning I have to turn the key then
redo it and it starts with out a problem. Runs
great. Very strong. Just confused on how to
get my radio to work. Any advice?
