If you are looking for the SN of the radio all you have to do is press the power button and the search button at the same time and hold for a count of 30. It will appear. It starts with VWZ most of the time. You go to the next page by pressing the search button again. Bets taking it all the way out. To take it out there is a utube video you can google.
