How do I keep this top radiator connector from coming off.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2001 VW Beetle that has had cooling system problems like crazy. We replaced the radiator, the hoses, and just recently, the inlet. Well now the radiator connector keeps popping off and even looks melted around the edges. The water/ coolant just pours out around it just as fast as I put it in. This car is driving me crazy and costing me a lot of money I don't have. I need advice so I can fix it and sell it. (pic is part I am talking about, not actually mine)

Is the connector itself coming off or the hose? If it is the hose you should buy a better hose clamp. If it is the connector itself you probably need a new radiator.
No, the connector and hose comes of radiator neck. We just got a new radiator last year and it hasnt been driven much since the becausewe cant keep it running.
See that fat neck end of the connector, water pours out around that.
Ok been watching videos, the clip connector was never cliped on right. I have been trying for an hour to get it pushed on but it wont go. The notches are lined up but it just wont snap on.
