Oil pressure won't start

I have a 2001 Volkswagen Passat V6 I was driving
down the road when my stop engine check service
manual low oil pressure light came on and then my
car shut off I had it towed went change the oil pan
that has a crack in it filled with oil now it won't start
it sounds like it's like winding trying to start but it's
not cranking like like there's no gas or something
getting into the front I checked all the relays I
changed all the fuses I'm at a loss on what to do
now help please

when was the last time the timing belt was serviced ? and did you check the oil pump ? what size engine is in your car? the more info we get about the car the better
