Start car and it runs fine, but the engine will not shut off when I turn off the key. If I get the motor to stop, the radio stays on and runs the battery down.

My 2000 beetle sways real bad in the front when the roads are wet and raining. but when dry you can hardly feel it at all like there is nothing wrong but when wet it was put me sideways in the road and it is so bad it is going to get someone hurt or killed if not fixed. but have no idea what it is because I never had something act this way. 2 Answers
