2000 vw beetle alarm keeps going off for no reason ????
Hi my alarm on my vw beetle keeps going
off for no reason? And my key fob will let
me unlock my car but not always lock it?
Any ideas greatly appreciated thanks
Check on the piller behind your drivers side seat belt. There should be a switch there. When you go to lock the car press and hold it for 3 seconds or till the red light on your door lock bar goes out. This will disable the inside motion sensor which is normally the cause for this issue. A low battery tho can also cause the same issues in some instances. If this fixes the issue you will need to do this every time you lock the car. I know from experiance with my audi.
