i dnt seem to have much intermitance, the seem to come on when they like.. how can i fix this prob????

i have a 1997 vw jetta glx i put a different steering colum in the windshield wiper on the original colum has too wiring plugs the one i put in only has one the wipers still work but the blinkers dont could that be my problem 1 Answer

when i apply my brakes, the cobtrol panel light comes on, the blikners blink faster, and my rear wiper activates? is it a short or a malfunction? 1 Answer

I dont know where the switch is to use it. It's only been turned on once since the car was bought.
