What does it mean and is it good to have?

More power than a comparable naturally-aspirated model; probably more cost to maintain, due to more fuel consumption and mechanical failure points.

More torque, more horsepower, and better gas mileage if you just drive the car like it doesn't exist. If you like to go fast, then this will only tease you for about a few days.
