eis dont turn with key

Could be a number of things... have you gone to the dealership to make another key made? Also it could be your (cps) crankshaft positioning sensor just might need to be replaced. Very simple repair. You can get the part at just about any part store (Autozone, O'Reilly's) $60 or so and replace it yourself
