Change remote code for spare key

Hi I've had my keys stolen for my c180 r reg Mercedes , I have the spare key and was wondering if I can manually
change the infra code so that the thieves can't just come back and take my car. Thanks for your time

I think that needs hooked up to germany mainframe dealer shop,for that
