I want to buy a Mercedes w202 c250 diesel is it a problem car?

I'm looking to buy this w202 c250 diesel year made 1996 the car looks ok and I have test
it it's ok but not much pick up as its not a turbo diesel version, my question here is' is it a
problem car? Can I get new or used spare parts for it here in Malaysia. I know our diesel
are not suitable for Europe cars. Please advise
