Could be wrecked, flooded, stolen, fire damage etc. You will rue the day you bought a salvage car from Chicago!

Having a salvage-titled vehicle can also result in higher insurance premiums and make claims more difficult.

No fooling! This is exactly what happened to me .. the buyer said he didn't have the title yet because he just bought it 2 months ago and was still waiting. When he finally mailed it to me it said salvage title reconstructed on it. It drove well for two weeks and now has all sorts of problems. Engine light, etc. The worst thing - paying for Collision on your car insurance - not worth it because you won't get any money from them...kbb says they can't put a price on it so the value is nothing.!
