Ah ... my favorite car. I owned three of them in my youth including a 1972. Leonard if you are going to take proper care of your Challenger you really should have a Chilton's on hand. It answers all of these little nagging questions. Here's a link to purchase one on Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/Chrysler-Challenger-Conquest-1971-89-Chiltons/dp/0801990629/sr=8-7/qid=1169565780/ref=sr_1_7/105-3350565-6141202?ie=UTF8&s=books) ... Barring that I'd go to the Challenger Message board (http://www.dodgechallenger.org.uk/) and post your question there. Chances are there's someone out there who can walk out into their garage and take a look for themselves. I'm sure you'll also find great sources there for replacement parts. Good luck and enjoy that Challenger!
