Remove the inside door panel, then roll down the window and remove the quarter window "SLOWLY". Your working with glass so "SLOWLY and NO PRESSURE" are words I can not stress enough ! Once the quarter window is out of the way, loosen (almost to the point of out) the bolts that hold the door glass foundation (a cupped bar that attaches to the door glass at the bottom and the window crank mechanism). Slowly crank the door glass up, while letting it lean towards the "inside" of the door, allowing it to move forward in order to come out easily. Re-installation is easy, once you have the door glass inside the door on the window mechanism tracks "snugged" (not tightened all the way) up, then reinstall the quarter window and roll the window up before final tightening all of the bolts.
