I need help taking out my factory radio on my 1986 Dodge Ram 50 pickup?

Can't figure out how to take off the dash faceplate that holds the radio in place

let me start by asking you.this question.is there a things you can lose in other to get to the radio.and if the answer is no,then is not what you can do on your own because they will need to remove the dash board completely and help you to remove the radio and install another one as well.
