Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So.. i need to change the fluid in my transmission and transfer case. (it is a 5
speed if you were wondering) and i heard the transfer case fluid runs from
transmission fluid? And where is the fill for the tranny? Its very cold in Montana,
so i just wanna know what im doing, and do it. I dont have a garage so i dont
want to be looking and searching under the vehicle in snow for hours haha, call
me lazy. So if someome could please help!

The drain plug is on the bottom of tranny and the fill plug is on the side you will need a hose and funnel I was thinking a hose and fit it to the bottle and into the tranny fill till it leaks and gear oil not tranny fluid check Manuel

You can also add trans oil thru the gearshift opening by removing the shifter and then pour slowly in the hple. Its alot better than lying on your back.in the snow!!
