i would try the edelbrock alum. heads i have heard good performance gains from them

I'd go with edelbrock or dart. You can also take and put new larger stainless steel valves in and get a three angle valve job. Port match the head to the gaskets. You really won't feel too much of change in anything unless you change the cam though.

1st of all what are you trying to acomplish with the new heards.. better mpg, better hspwr, better towing, or just a stock replacement. no gains.

the most thing about puting aluminum heads on a castiorn block they tend to blow head gaskets,if you go with this swap use the copper head gaskets.

if you want towing and tire blowing torque stick with cast heads they also will if you live in a colder climate warm the engine faster in the winter and they won't warp as easily not to mention warm faster Try about 15 minutes faster inside the cabin of the vehicle and at 0 degrees that is a big difference. If you look to make better fuel mileage stick with cast however if you want high horsepower no low end torque (engine struggling to move vehicle from stopped without excessive throttle) but at open throttle higher top speeds. but yes do if you do use aluminum heads use either a m.l.s. or copper head gasket

did I mention Chrysler designed for torque not horsepower factory horsepower 230? hp near 500 tq. Stock engine when dynoed (several) these are averages from dyno runs
