why does my 2007 ram 1500 kick back when applying brake slowing down at 25mph

Question type: General

traveling above 40 mph, then slowing down to 25mph applying the brake, the truck kicks or jumps when it gets to 25mph.  This comes and goes, but lately it's happening more often.  Sometimes its a big kick and sometimes it is not as noticeable.  Please help find the anwer.  If anyone has experienced this please reply to this question.  Thanks.

Yes it sound like the ABS. You can go to Auto Zone and they will scan for codes and let you know what they are. Sound like you best get it in for service anyway, not safe to drive that way, if it is the ABS it will only get worse.

I have the same problem with my 2007 Dodge Durango. Was the abs the cause of your problem ? I will check the ABS
