I am locked out of my truck-new battery and won't unlock the doors

are you talking about the remote button to unlock? Use the physical key.

You have to pull a fuse to reset the sensor that detects the chip in the key fob. I think disconnecting the battery and reconnecting will work too.

Battery is dead doors are locked key will not open door anyway Of getting in it

Can’t open the. Hood if you can’t unlock the truck....

Did you find a fix for the physical key to unlock the door? We just got a 2015 Ram truck and the key will not unlock the driver’s door. However it does unlock the tailgate. Very strange

Nothing would unlock mine for 12 hours tried two different remotes two different physical keys nothing. I could even start it with the remote start But would not unlock. After 12 hours and 20+ tries with the physical key finally it worked. Hasn’t done it since it’s been a couple of months

Please take the time to pay attention and do exactly what I say and the problem will be solved... take the battery cables off in this order, Positive Then Negative... put them back in the same order... good as new
