Oops that's an interference engine. If timing belt broke or it jumped time you will most likely have bent valves. How many miles on it? Timing belt should have been changed at 105k. Sounds like you bent a valve. The psi you are talking about is from doing a compression check correct?
155+ miles.. not sure if timing belt was changed.. PSI from compression check, yes. Can get motor rebuilt for 2k but not sure if it's worth it
If only a valve issue I would just do the heads and timing belt items. Replace bad valves reinstall and you back on the road.
Bottom end of engine will be fine as is. But if there is a piston issue(cracked) in that cylinder it will be visible when head is removed and then you can worry about the bottom end. But most likely it's only the valves.

I have a 2010 dodge charger that jumped time when the waterpump locked up and broke timing belt. I ordered the waterpump/timing belt kit and it crunk right up but it has a light vibration like its missing. Do you think it could still be a bent valve?
