what does it do when you reach 10 MPH? do you lose power? does it die? does it just not go any faster? also, does it have issues with any other power-draining system? I.E. stereo, heater... etc?

it dies basicly with the lights on or anything besides driving and turn signals and wipers it kills its self specialy with to many on like heater and lights its crazy , the alternator was checked and fine never had this problem befor with a vehicle
well, looks like the power supply (electric) isn't keeping up with the demand, battery, or alternator are the most likely culprits. you said you put a new alternator in, and it's working properly? if so,how did you test this? did you also test to see if your battery is holding a full charge?
