Having issue with Eclipse Spyder convertible top

10

Asked by rickerd2013 Aug 19, 2014 at 10:51 AM about the 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After putting top up, placing car in
gear, as soon as it moves then
audible warning sounds and the light
flashes. Can't get it to stop. Have
tried several times putting top up and
down. It seems to think the top is not
up. Any ideas?

Should be in the trunk where top motor is mounted.

You may all so try taking your positive battery cable loose for a few minutes, may reset it,make sure you have top up when you do this.

I'm having the same problem. Do you mean in the trunk or under the hood where the engine is? Thanks!
