have you tryed puting the key in the key hole? and does the auto unlock not work? alternatively you can try unlocking the trunk and crawling threw if the key fits and unlocks it.
The key didn't enter the key hole, couldn't turn the key. Couldn't unlock the trunk. I had to call the towing company to come and unlock my doors. I guess it was the battery that was almost dead. Had to had it boost and replaced the battery.
