Fuel Issue

Hi Everyone...I have a 1987 Volvo 240 DL (Non Turbo) with fuel not getting to
engine.  Where do I begin the diagnosis?  Thanks,  Scoby

fuel pump relays , check for power and ground at fuel pump disconnect , do you hear the pump prime the system when you hit the key ? Changing the filter may result in broken rusty lines , it's an old vehicle you may want to change them all ," linestogo " is the place for that . There may be an access panel under the back seat or in the trunk for the pump , if you're lucky

I have a 1989 volvo 240 DL replaced full pump and filter and also relay don't here the pump it turns over want start
