My tc abs and engine light stays on and my gears change hard why on 2006 Chevy colbolt lt

ABS and Traction control issue,need to have the bearing,s and sensor, checked,when you have these light,s come on you will have erratic issue,s with shiffting and braking,go have this repaired as soon as you can.

Agree. I've had these sort of issues with a number of GM fwd cars. If you're getting the bearings changed it is likely time to do the axles as well. The good news, if you can call it that, is that this is a non emergency issue. Other than the fact that your ABS is not functioning there is no harm being done and it is not a safety issue. It will be a fairly hefty repair bill, but the car will feel like brand new again when you get it all done.
