Its problems so far are needs a headliner, drives side door panel need re
carpeted, air conditioning does not work,cruise control does not work, rear
springs sag a little and could use shocks,exhaust is bad, gas Gauge does not
work. and bad paint

is it safe to drive and have anymore life in it(you left out the only good selling points!)..is the question...anything that is reliable that old and size of a boat..could bring a grand...

I dont know im actually trying to buy it but i was thinking about asking you fellas first here is the good : new radiator, new master cylinder, new spark plugs and wires, rebuilt carb, body is solid.

If it runs- 1200 isn't a lot of money for ANYTHING that runs- if you like it- no rust? why not?

What really matters is what it is worth to you. If you love the car and want to spend the time, effort, and money fixing it up; then it is certainly worth the cost. Especially since you did not mention every old car lovers greatest enemy...rust. Good Luck with the "land yacht".
