if you sure the BLswitch & bulbs are working, this is a common problem on GM vehicles, remove tail light assembly, unplug wireing connector, take out plastic backing where you gain access to bulbs, replace that part,a used one at a salvage yard is usually good, what happends is moisture builds up in theses and rust the conectiors or they burn out over time.

OK ,if all other lights are working,I would say the break light switch is bad or the bulbs are blown, they have 2 wires inside them, break & turn signal lights work off same bulb.
