what do you mean by twincharger? Do you mean 2 turbos?
twincharger=turbo+supercharger... that is the extent of my knowledge on the subject...
well in that case u could i guess.i do not know why you would want to .
To my knowledge, any car can be twincharged.. it really all depends on how much you want to spend. some cars don't have superchargers available for that model but they can be custom built and/or modified. Turbo's can be mated to any vehicle providing you have alot of custom piping/manifolds etc done in some cases. Hope that answers your question..
twin charging is a very good idea.. use a small turbo to give low end power and the supercharger for high end power.. this can also be done with two turbo's (one small and one big) but either way works..in my oppinion i'd go with two turbos.. but that's another argument. see VW golf GT (europe) for a production example.. it's a 1.4litre making 170HP while being good on gas.
of course you can. twin turbos would be easier, either 2 seperate turbos or a sequintal set would work also. If looking to supercharge, then 2 centefugial chargers would be easier. if looking to run a roots type you'll be spending big bucks on a custum fab intake.
