Super/Turbo chargers come stock in some cars.... Nos and Flame throwers... Not in ontario, I'll tell ya that! ;) lol

I'm sure that Turbochargers and Superchargers are legal modifications to your car as long as they comply with emissions tests. NOS systems I would think are not road legal but I may be wrong. Exhaust flame kits are most likely not road legal. Try asking the government in your area to find out what is legal and not.

the only thing that is not legal is the exhaust flames, but that varies state to state you have to meet emissions standards.

Turbo and Superchargers are legal as long as they pass emissions testing. The other two would be more subject to local laws. Flame kits are illegal in my area as well as nitrous kits. Nitrous kits can be installed but the bottle has to be disconnected on the street.

Andrew7279 is right on. Just call or stop in your local police station and ask. They'd prefer that to busting you after the fact.
