What is the process for removing the center console on 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix?

I want to remove the center console on a 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix with bucket
seats to get at the electrical wires without damaging the console.

When working on a vintage vehicle like this it's always a good idea to have a factory shop manual. Try ebay for a good used one or Faxon Auto Literature in Riverside, CA for a reprint. They have a website. The shop manual will have instructions and exploded views of the console and just about everything else on the car. Hope that helps! Jim

I would think there would be a set of screws and clips , It should be easy to figure out or go on U-TOOB , Only because I had a 72 Lemans
