Hi, I can't get the turn signal shaft to turn or loosen in order to replace it. Is there a screw that you have to loosen? If so where is it located?

I have a 71 lemans and the driving lights work at times till i use my brakes and then they eventually just stop working. My back up lights and turn signals don't work either. 2 Answers

The turn signals dont work either both tail lights just die when i use the signals. The back ups dont work at all. How can it be fixed?
