My rear windshield wiper won't work, and I can't find a fuse for it. How can I fix it?

Front wipers work fine.  Could not locate a fuse in either fuse box for the rear wiper.  It rains and snows a lot here, so I really need this rear wiper to work.  The wiper itself does not appear to look rusted or anything.  Any help is appreciated.

Best I could find. In the owners manual download they have the map blacked out.Probably to force you to dealer. anyway, click this

Hi! Using this same fuses diagram can you please tell me which one corresponds to the dashboard. All the dash lights of my Nissan Xterra 2002 went off!!! Thanks.
