When I press the brakes of my Pontiac G6 3.5 liter, there is a knocking feeling in the pedal and a shaking of the wheel

Asked by MAVrik99 May 19, 2016 at 08:37 PM about the 2007 Pontiac G6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have been told the shocks and struts are bad as well as the 3- motor
mounts. Is this a high cost repair? Thanks

I think your problem is more likely brake discs. Motor mounts and shocks would not have that vibrating effect. Have your brakes checked first and then get a second opinion on the mounts and shocks.
